How long does a quote take?
A quote is delivered within one to two business days.
Do you handle council or strata approval?
Usually the client handles approval, but Prosign can manage it on request.
What suburbs do you cover?
The greater Sydney area — further afield is available at the client's cost.
Are you insured and work-at-heights certified?
Yes — public liability insurance and work at heights certified.
Is there a minimum job size?
Single A-frame jobs generally aren't taken on. Smaller jobs such as window frosting, window graphics, and internal safety signage required by legislation are.
How long does a typical install take once approved?
The install itself is usually under five business days. From quote to finished job, the target is seven business days, though it depends on the job.
Can you work directly with a strata committee, or only through a manager?
Both — Prosign works with strata committees and managers.
